Pure comfort, haven't slept this good in a long time. Took about 48 hours to fully expand and can definitely say it's the best mattress I've ever owned.

EXACTLY what I wanted!

This mattress was easy to open and install. I've only spent one night on it, but I slept well with no waking because of a muscle twinging or a cramp.

Good Mattress!

When we took delivery of the Mattress, I noticed the shape was the same as what I ordered. The firmness level is good. So far, I like the bed.

Perfect

I bought this full/double-size mattress expecting it to be on the firmer side but it isn't. I would rate its firmness as a 3 out of 5.
It feels firm at first but once you're sleeping you sink into it and it is difficult to turn over or get out of bed. If you sit or recline in a semi-seated position, you sink close to the mattress frame and can feel it underneath.
The mattress arrived compressed in a box and I let it expand for 72 hours before using it. Initially, it was very plush about a 1 out of 5 on the firmness scale.
If you're looking for a firm mattress to help with back issues, this is not it.

Firm but not in the way it is shown. Disappointed.

It is good for a spare room mattress or a cheap starter. Its comfy but firmer than I expected. It was nice for delievery and unwrapping. Not the best but definitely not the worst. Like said, its a spare room mattress.
