Owned this for a year now. Easy to put together. Very strong and sturdy so far. No creaks or noises. No sags. The brown headboard and footboard are a little darker in color than what's pictured. Doesn't appear to be "grey wash" at all, just a darker brown.

We were expecting to spend over an hour to put this bed together but after laying all the pieces out (see picture), it was a breeze.  Each piece has labels with numbers on them, you just need to screw them in and that was it.  Since it's metal, it's really stable.  The legs has plastic cushions so it won't damage your floor if you need to push the bed in place.  It's perfect for our queen memory foam mattress.

Super easy to assemble

I am VERY IMPRESSED at the sturdiness and overall quality look and value of this purchase. Took me about 1 hour to fully assemble. ZERO COMPLAINTS. BRAVO ZULU Walmart here.

I got this on sale for a new king sized mattress. I was frustrated that my mattress was on the floor for about a month while this shipped, but it's sooo wonderful that it's worth it. It took me an hour to put this together by myself, and the instructions were really clear. It is very, very heavy, so keep that in mind. Now that it's set up, I'm thrilled. A major bargain considering the price and the quality.

Took forever, but worth it

I sincerely wish all furniture was this easy to assemble.  I put it together in less than 30 minutes and even without instructions you can figure it out by sight alone.  It sits rather low so you may want a low profile box spring, but we got a 12 inch mattress and it fits perfectly.  I can't speak highly enough about how nicely packaged this unit was and how easy it was to assemble.  I'll keep a lookout for this brand of furniture.  I was very impressed and pleased with my purchase.

BEST BED FRAME EVER! YEAH, I SAID IT.

Love everything about the bed fram  Exactly what I was looking for! Easy to put together did it by myself.  The only thing that was a headache was the shipping!!! Not walmart fault but still a headache for me!!! I guess everything with shipping these days are delayed or something else to do with the  Pandemic.

Great Bed Frame I love it.

I like almost everything about the Zinus Suzanne 37" platform bed frame. Two of us put together using the easy instructions easily. The wood color matched the pictures online which I was glad to see. The metal frame  was the perfect size and weight for a bed. The were only two things that we found dissappointing: The weight of the packaging. It was too heavy fo a 66 y/o woman to lift alone, and my daughter couldn't either. The delivery was left laying flat at the front door. It was so heavy that we couldn't lift it or roll it to get it in the house. The second disappointment was the height of the frame base. I've had a platform bed before but its base was much taller. I did consider the measurements when ordering the frame and changed my mattress purchase from a 10" to a 12" to accommodate it but it's still too low. It is  a comfortable chair height with the 12" mattress but it  looks like a juvenile bed. Although I didn't want it too high for my grandkids it is the guestroom bed for adults. A taller mattress is required for this frame. I'm just a little disappointed about that. The base could be 4" HIGHER.

Almost Perfect

From floor to the top of wood slots is 7", which is 2" lower than I'd prefer. This is because I'm planning to have a Tight Top Firm Sealy mattress, which is about 11.5" and makes the total height of my bed around 20" - the most relaxing bed height in my opinion. Other than that, the bed is perfect.

Wish it 2" higher

The bed is very very low and looks like a child's bed I even went out and got a extra high mattress and it's 14" but it still looks very low otherwise it's sleek modern and well built.

Not happy one bit with this purchase. I ordered the chestnut color in a king and got the darker color in a full. Didn't realize until we had it all taken out and half way put together. I better be getting a refund or at least the right bed frame
