Owned this for a year now. Easy to put together. Very strong and sturdy so far. No creaks or noises. No sags. The brown headboard and footboard are a little darker in color than what's pictured. Doesn't appear to be "grey wash" at all, just a darker brown.

walmart.com

I'm obsessed! I went to the Zinus website to compare prices on the same bed frame and it was cheaper to order it through Walmart. Normally I'm skeptic, but reading reviews helped. We ordered the grey wash and it's not super grey, but I am so happy about it because I feel it will look good and stay on trend for years to come. It's about a foot off the ground which I aimed for because we have young children who still hop in bed from time to time and I don't have to worry about big falls! Super sturdy as it's made mostly of metal, also adding to the overall appeal of it. I just cannot say enough good things! We love this frame!!

Wonderful bed! It was super easy to put together! It is very sturdy and attractive. We love how it is low to the ground so our small dogs can easily get on and off the bed. Doesn't take up a lot of space and has a great comfy, stylish vibe. And we didn't have to get a box spring for our mattress.

Elegant and stylish, Easy to Assemble

Very nicely packaged. Supplied tools were very handy and made the setup process simple. The completed bed is very sturdy. No sounds from movement when sleeping.

Good solid bed.

We were expecting to spend over an hour to put this bed together but after laying all the pieces out (see picture), it was a breeze. Each piece has labels with numbers on them, you just need to screw them in and that was it. Since it's metal, it's really stable. The legs has plastic cushions so it won't damage your floor if you need to push the bed in place. It's perfect for our queen memory foam mattress.

Super easy to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Zinus Suzanne Metal and Wood Platform Bed with Headboard. I am absolutely in love with this bed frame. Honestly the Zinus brand never disappoints. I appreciate that the style can either be rustic or sleek and modern. The actual assembly was very fast and the instructions were easy to understand. I appreciate that the tools are included. This platform and headboard are very well made and I love how sturdy it is. I definitely recommend.

LOVE IT!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great bed. Let me first say that the style of the bed is low to the floor similar to an IKEA bed. I did not deduct a star from the review because that is solely a personal preference. Now that all of that is out of the way..this is a great bed! Beautiful design! Construction was easy...just use the tool included and match the numbers up. I do suggest you get someone to help as this is a pretty heavy duty frame. The wooden slats stick to the frame with velcro ensuring they don't slip. There is also a few pieces of tape on top of the slats that ensure the mattress stays in place. If the height is an issue, get a box spring and a thicker mattress.

Great!

From floor to the top of wood slots is 7", which is 2" lower than I'd prefer. This is because I'm planning to have a Tight Top Firm Sealy mattress, which is about 11.5" and makes the total height of my bed around 20" - the most relaxing bed height in my opinion. Other than that, the bed is perfect.

Wish it 2" higher

I like almost everything about the Zinus Suzanne 37" platform bed frame. Two of us put together using the easy instructions easily. The wood color matched the pictures online which I was glad to see. The metal frame was the perfect size and weight for a bed. The were only two things that we found dissappointing: The weight of the packaging. It was too heavy fo a 66 y/o woman to lift alone, and my daughter couldn't either. The delivery was left laying flat at the front door. It was so heavy that we couldn't lift it or roll it to get it in the house. The second disappointment was the height of the frame base. I've had a platform bed before but its base was much taller. I did consider the measurements when ordering the frame and changed my mattress purchase from a 10" to a 12" to accommodate it but it's still too low. It is a comfortable chair height with the 12" mattress but it looks like a juvenile bed. Although I didn't want it too high for my grandkids it is the guestroom bed for adults. A taller mattress is required for this frame. I'm just a little disappointed about that. The base could be 4" HIGHER.

Almost Perfect

The bed is very very low and looks like a child's bed I even went out and got a extra high mattress and it's 14" but it still looks very low otherwise it's sleek modern and well built.

very low bes

Using 2 hours to assemble it, but failed, finally find out the hardware kits inside is wrong!
Is anyone can send me the correct one? Missing the long 4 bolts, some extra.
