This is by far the best pita I have ever bought from any store. There are other brands that are not anywhere near as good as this kind. Great for dipping in hummus.

My Go To Pita

Perfect for wraps and dipping in hummus, and it's only made with a few ingredients

Simple healthy pita bread

I make a wrap everyday and grill it on a George Foreman. It's healthy and taste great. I even use it to make a pizza. Takes only 8-10 minutes in the oven. Comes out crispy and tasty. The Middle East know food. Something North America needs to learn!

Healthy alternative to bread

I grew up eating this stuff for decades but that stops today. Straight out of the bag I keep noticing the pita is covered in tiny burnt particles or patches of greyish flour. I feel the company needs to tidyup their work surfaces where the bread is knead. I also feel their ovens need to be constantly cleaned of any debris such as burnt pita parts. I am sick and tired of brushing off molding flour and burn pieces. Nonetheless, no more for me!

Not Buying this Again

I've been buying this flat bread on and off hoping I would get a fresh batch and that is never the case. There is a serious issue with the size of their bread. Some come out smaller or larger than the rest. It also always stale and never fresh. It is  whole wheat and I understand it's supposed to be harder than the white bread BUT it is NOT whole grain, it is processed whole wheat flour so the fact they come out feeling like cardboard box tells me something is off. Instead of it looking brown, I keep seeing paler and even strange colored patches. The quality is poor and pretty sloppy and inconsistent. For the price I feel it is a rip off. I will be sure to get my flatbread at a middle eastern store instead rather than this expensive, stale, cardboard for "pita".
