This time of the year it is hard to get really good apples. Even the iimported ones are mushy and tasteless and 'winey'. These are the exception. They taste just like they came off the tree. Sweet, hard and juicy. I like them so much I bought another two bags today as I am very fond of apples. if you are looking for a good apple this is it.

Sweet and juicy

McIntosh apples are the best. Very hard to find. I tried three or four different stores and finally found that Walmart had them. I bought a £3 bag and they are absolutely delicious.

Hard and tart exactly the way Apple should be

We usually purchase individual apples at the store but in the rush of the season we grabbed 2 bags of these apples and found them to at first be nice and fresh and juicy. There were a few with a few bruises but that did not affect the flavour. After a few days those small bruises turned the entire bag into a punky mess. I am sure it was due to the damage in transport and stores handling but it was a disappointment when you go to eat one and your thumb goes right through a gooey mess.

Bagged apples were bruised!

Most of them were rotten and I didn't even get the refund when I took for refund .

Complete trash. Half of them came rotten, the rest went bad within a few days. Go pick your own bag since I'm sure they're searching out the garbage for you.

I had apples embedded in each other so much that I had to take out the one that was still good one by one to wash them off of the compote that covered them.

Mediocre

These apples go bad easily and I have gotten rotten batches more than good ones. I would not recommend. The taste is also below premium.

Half the apples had a lot of bruising, and some even had rotten parts. Not happy with the quality! This was part of a click and collect - I doubt they even looked at the apples.

Unfortunately, almost all of the apples have holes, are bruised, and are not fit to eat.
