Balderson Chess crumbles like real cheese should and has an excellent taste. 
Some types of cheese give me a stomach ache, this one does not. It seems to be made right. Worth the extra cost.

A great cheese to splurge on once in a while. Love the extra old 'tang', especially when eaten with fresh fruits.

This cheese is my favorite! So good that I could eat some everyday!

An ok cheese…not much flavour…I expected so much better for the money.
And I am a real cheese lover.

Been wanting to taste this…a bit of a let down.

Same taste as the lg blocks of cheap cheese for a lot more $$. If ya want real chesse,  go  to a cheese market and skip this one.
