This is amazingly powerful for its size and easy to clean out the cup, no messy bags. Best vacuum for price and power.

Light in weight, strong in suction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my Bissell zing II, it has a lot of power which I use after our childrens visit. They both have a dog we love but they shed a lot and with the Bissell is that cleaned up in a jiffy. My daughter has the same machine and we both agree that the cord could be longer. This wouldn't stop us from buying another of your products.

I'm so happy I decided to go with this vacuum! Is perfect for everyday cleaning the carpet and lenoliom, it's easy to use and picks up pet hair and crumbs with ease. Very light and easy to store/move around and empety. It even has a button that quickly winds up the cord so you don't have to fuss with it every time! As someone with children and pets this honestly helps me so much with my daily cleaning routine. Very satisfied!

Fantastic and compact

This little Zing unit rocks!!! We bought a used camper trailer that I knew would need to be cleaned. I bought the Zing specifically to use in the trailer because of it's small size and, according to reviews by others, it's cleaning performance. Well, I was not disappointed! This unit lives up to it's reviews! It has powerful suction and is easy to use to get into tight spaces. Emptying the canister was so easy, too! I do have one suggestion: the on/off button and the cord rewind button are located one on each side of the handle and are the same black color. It can be confusing which is which when trying to work fast and in a tight space to turn the machine off (I certainly did not want to press the cord rewind button while the machine was running!). I would suggest that the buttons be different in color - red/black for example. I put a piece of blue tape over the rewind button so I didn't push it by mistake.

I would highly recommend this product.

Powerful little machine. Works better than expected! Only had it a few weeks but so far, I'm satisfied with my purchase!
PROS: it's easy to clean, easy to handle, and has awesome suction power! Love the retractable cord that stores easily after the work is done. It's compact size stores easily too without taking up any serious space. Great on eliminating animal hair quickly too, without having to
CONS: these aren't real issues but for me, they're a bit of an inconvenience... I find the cord's too short and have to add an extension to in order to do more than 1 room at a time! For smaller throw rugs/mats, I have to stand on the mat/rug in order to vacuum it properly because the suction is that strong. Lastly, the wand/pole is made of plastic, and although sturdy enough for most use, I find it bends a bit too easily when you apply a little pressure!

Over all this is a great little machine and gets the job done!

so far, works great!

It's not a heavy duty vacuum so don't expect it to be fantastic. Does the job sufficiently enough though. I bought it specifically to have an extra in our basement and it small enough to easily tuck away and light enough to haul it out often if need be. Happy with the item. The only thing I would change about this vacuum is adding the rotating brush in the vacuum head. It does not have one....If it did, I would give it a 5 star!

Does the job

This is a good product, it has strong suction. The cord retraction helps keep the unit tidy when not in use. I appreciate the suction control on the handle, and the easy to operate switch on the floor head that changes between hard floors and carpets. The bracket that holds the floor head on the back of the vacuum for storage is a little too low, so that if you are not careful in moving the unit the head falls off. Also the combination brush/crevice tool works reasonably well (it reduces the number of attachments to deal with), but a fuller brush would be a little more useful. There is no attachment for the crevice/brush tool when not in use; I store the tool on the extension tubes which helps keep things together.

Good cleaning tool and a good value

I needed something that was easy to use and had good suction. This fit the bill. Only one problem. The curve in the wand seems to grab the fine kitty fuz and caused a major suction problem. It took my husband I together to get the clog out as it was not easy to get to. I know it was a lot to ask from a vacuum on a first use, but I needed to clean up the "build up" of kitty lint I love the ease of emptying the dust canister and cleaning the filter - awesome. Now that I have a good vacuum, I will be cleaning every other day so should not have a problem with clogs any more!

Love it, only one minor problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] average product for the price, does the job but has few critical issues so I am not very pleased and want to return 1. To empty the bagless jar is a hassle, cant clean it without touching the dirt in it. design of the lid is pathetic when you flip the jar all the dirt will fall in the lid. 2. the clip to convert from carpet to hard floor is useless, when on it spreads dust everywhere and the wire keeps tangling with it. 3. very loud

The vacuum I chose again of the same brand I had used before since they worked great but the new one broke down in less than month and I tried contacting the 1800 number on the bottom of the vacuum but they didn't answer since the recording said they were closed because on vacation

I'm not sure I would buy it again because of the problems
