I bought this mouse near the end of spring of 2015. Mine's red. I loved this mouse. However, I keep wondering what the extra button on top is for... the one that looks like a WINDOWS key. All it seems to do for me is light up. I didn't see anything about it in the manual either. Anyone know what that button on this mouse is for?

[Employee of walmartcanada] I was drawn to the beautiful red metallic color. It worked well for a few months.  It started "glitching", but it wasn't really the mouse, it was the USB plug that came with it. First the cover of the USB plug came off... then, eventually the circuit board on it started separating.  I am disappointed that I was unable to pair it with the next wireless mouse that I bought, because I REALLY dislike the next one I bought that is a Logictech.  I HATE the scroll of the wheel.  I LOVED the scrolling wheel with my Blackweb one. -- Disappointed.  -- I would GLADLY have gotten another Blackweb mouse, had they been available tonight when I went to purchase another one. -- I don't know what the standard is for the length of time for a wireless mouse to work; as this was my 1st one... but I REALLY liked and enjoyed using is! I would definitely recommend it as this point.

Nice or rather acceptable mouse for the money.

I bought this mouse Approx 4 months ago for PC use and light gaming. The most annoying issue is that it seems to momentarily loose sync. This is VERY ANNOYING! For example, if your trying to work efficiently and quickly you may have to click 2 or 3 times because windows thinks you making a selection box instead of just clicking on a link or what not. In games, such as Bioshock Infinite, you will try and fire just one round accurately and to your surprise you will let loose a 5-7 shot volley (most of them missing the target). So if you are looking for a half decent mouse keep shopping. If you use the computer here and there if might work for you.

Looses syn and button presses hang.

I'm disappointed... The device comes on its own so I no longer have the mouse function while I use it for no reason and to start too. I still have to remove and put the thing back in to reintroduce the device

Bought one of these mice a while back and its been a complete nightmare, anything that takes precision mouse movement like 3D modeling, or even 99% of games is nearly impossible with this mouse, it doesn't hold a steady connection with its reciever so input just seems to cut in and out, left and right click stick and the scroll wheel just scrolls in and out violently anytime you try to use it... seriously not happy with this product.

Avoid Black Web

This item was purchased for my mother who prefers a small mouse. It constantly stops moving and there are no websites to address this issue except for Walmarts'. Who is responsible for putting this item on the market and why can we not contact them for information or troubleshooting. I will purchase a different mouse later today and will never consider buying another item with the "blackweb" brand name.

Mouse pointer stops moving constantly

I guess you get what you pay for, but this mouse on Win7 is super buggy and jumpy. Windows claims the driver did not install properly, but I can't seem to find any manufacturer-provided drivers. I believe the mouse is made by Acrox Technologies, but their site also does not seem to have any support. I will be returning this item.

Buggy & Unsupported

Ive only had this mouth for maybe 3 months and it stopped working. It's the worst mouse i have ever used.. Don't even bother. I'll go back to using an HP

Garbage

should have known it was garbage, a wireless mouse with 5 buttons for under $20... waste of money people, goes out of sync a lot, cant use drop down menus in any browser with it... all in all garbage

DO NOT BUY!

Worst mouse ever paid for. Overpriced garbage. Connection sucks so much that in the mjiddle of gaming the mouse will freeze for a few seconds! I Highly urge you never to buy it! You will be sorry!
