I bought this bread because I was curious how it would taste. It is a bit densely and “heavier” than white bread which is to be expected. It has a nice texture and taste. It is not heavy or “mealy.” I feel it is a good choice for someone looking to control carbs but wanting an occasional “normal tasting” bread. I will continue to purchase it.

A good bread choice

First time I ever had this bread. I'm doing an aggressive diet at the moment and don't eat hardly any bread. This let's me indulge from time to time without feeling so guilty

Might be the perfect store bought bread

I usually buy regular Multigrain but wanted to try this one to try to lower my fat and sugar. I could hardly taste the difference honestly, tastes like their regular grain breads. Really good.

Healthy, nutritious bread that tastes great!  What more could you ask for? 
I have been looking for a healthy bread with no added sugar or oil that wasn't made of sourdough and this one checks all the boxes.  Hope Dempsters keeps making this awesome bread!

Best Bread Ever

I wanted to see if this no fat no sugar bread was going to taste bland, but actually I'm impressed that it has the same taste as my usual multigrain bread. It's not hard or gritty either.

tastes the same as other multigrains

I had this delivered to me on 13 March. I've been buying the multigrain line of Dempster's bread for a couple of years with no issue. I decided to give this multigrain bread a try because I never tried it as I always get the 12-grain one. I bought 4 loaves. Out of the 4, three loaves had slices that were damaged by I do not know what. I cannot make assumptions but I will share a picture which says it all. Two damaged slices per loaf; damaged slices only found in the middle of the loaf, never at top or bottom of the loaf; the way the slices were in one of the bags looked lopsided and there were bits of mushy doughy bread on some of the slices. When toasting the slices they were very hard to toast so they needed more time in the toaster....just very strange. I requested a full refund on the 3 loaves. Never seen anything like it. I will also call the store manager to see if I am the only customer to have found this.

Poor Quality

Dempster's keep changing their bread recipes. I used to like the "Seed Lovers", but they changed the recipe, then it taste as good, then discontinued it. Then standardized on the "Double Flax", it was very good but now is no longer available. It used to sell out in my local stores.  Now for " Zero Zero", which is aptly named as it as "Zero taste" and a strange texture.
I am very disappointed and moving to another brand.
