I'm might be 23 but I have stomach issues and sometimes I can't make to the restroom when I'm out and these work the best and look the most like reel underwear instead of a diaper but I still wear a boxer brief over because I'm afraid someone might see them

These really do hold diarrhea in no spill or anything they are far better than the stuff you get from a medical store. If there is a mid adult, then XL will do perfectly of there smaller than medium. Other than that, you're golden. These are for real worth every penny.

Well...if you have to wear them...these are the most like regular underwear.  They're quite comfortable and don't get sweaty like "diapers".  These are made with something more like "material" than "plastic".  The elastic in the legs also fits snuggly without cutting off circulation or leaving marks on the skin.

Better than "diapers" and worth the extra bucks.

99% of us men who deal with the curse of incontinence cannot stand at a male urinal because of embarrassment of having an adult diaper on. These look, feel, and act exactly like a pair of briefs. I can stand at a urinal once more. Great product depend.

You're wearing briefs not diapers

These Depends are the BEST!  I have tried many other brands on my husband and these fit so nicely and do not leak like all the other brands. They fit snuggly around the legs which helps to prevent leaking. I highly recommend these Depends for men with incontinence.

The Best

I bought the set of 12 in Black, for a man I'm sitting with to see if he liked them, he said he likes these better than the others he'd been wearing, so I ordered the larger box for him yesterday. The waist band and the band around the legs are nice, not tight or scratchy, the all-around material is thicker and so much softer than other brands. He wears the large/extra-large, (199 lbs.) they fit good, more like a regular brief. Even though the padding is thick, I do add an extra liner in his, he's on Lasix so he urinates more than usual. He told me to not buy the other kind, so that means we'll stay with these. In the description it states Black but is really a charcoal Grey. I highly recommend these.

I will have light to moderate accidents during the day and these work really great. occasionally though I will have a heavy accident and I will leak. I've tested these out and the absorbent quality can hold up to a full bladder load but it doesn't absorb quickly that's the big downfall. so if you have light to medium daytime accidents these will work great but not for full heavy accidents or wearing at night. if you wear at night I would recommend a heavier diaper like an abenasL4 plastic back. those are really good when you have heavy accidents like I do at night.
as far as discretion I wear these a lot especially to work and no one can tell that this 37-year-old man is wearing an adult pull-up.
now occasionally while putting these on the fabric around the waist can rip due to you pulling them up so be gentle when putting them on but they are very durable I walk a lot for work and I wear jeans and the rubbing of them does not cause any holes or anything.
all in all a really good product for light to moderate needs during the day.
if you're a heavy wetter I highly recommend anything that's plastic backed. I throw discretion out the window when I'm having heavy accidents cuz I'd rather have a fluffier crotch than wet pants lol.

Had these before, same size L/XL, but this time after losing 15 pounds they seem more snug. More towards the L than XL in sizing. Still absorbing as it does best. They just seem a bit smaller, a bit harder to get legs in as stiffer too when you first open one.

They are good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't used them yet. But nice to have for emergencies. They smell clean! Seem breathable. I would prefer to have these while camping or on trips. They fit well but not too sure how absorbent they are.

Welp, I have to say the colors are great and looks more towards real underwear. Unfortunately this didn’t hold for my husband. My husband has been diagnosed with MS.  To be safe in situations where he isn’t able to make it to the restroom in time I would have him use these. Just 6-7 steps away from the restroom and it was running down his legs through the sides. I’ve purchased several boxes of these. I can only hope for the best going forward.
