this color is Rare.  My hair is silvery gray and have green eyes. my hair used to be brown. But brown or black brows with gray or white hair doesnt get it. I searched through at least 100 brands. Most gray winds up actually being charcoal...gray black. that doesnt work either.
   if i had $50 to toss around i could easily get a designer brand from A__z__, but i dont. this is a very definite medium light gray whose depth of color can be controlled by how hard you press the pencil over the brow. At last....the right color!

My mom uses this pencil to fill in thin spots at the end of her brows and huge scar in the beginning of one of her eyebrows where she has a chunk of hair completely gone after slicing it open on the edge of ala dresser as a child. This is extremely naturally looking. Looks like real hair and not jarring. It did take her many more strokes to cover the scar than her usual maybeline pencil but the end result is so much more natural.

This eye brow pencil is fabulous!! Water proof it is… a tiny bit dark.. but I'll take it.. just don't press so hard when using it.. it…goes on smooth and lasts all day out in the sun %26 sweat .. no running down my face…

I love this eyebrow pen! They are affordable and last for so long. They have multiple different colors of perfect shades. I have been using these for 5  years!

This brow pencil is wonderful! I use charcoal since my hair is now silver/gray. It adds eyebrows to frame my face well, since my brows are gray or sparse. This adds the basic framing I need without the black or dark brown that look fake and too dark. I'm thrilled to find a good color, easy pencil to use and it stays all day! Sweating on hot days I still have eyebrows!

I absolutely love this eyebrow pencil! It makes my brows look so natural, feathery, and well-defined every time I use it. It fills in my bald spots perfectly without looking harsh or overdone. The color is perfect, and it goes on really smooth without feeling too heavy.

I also love that it's waterproof, so my eyebrows stay in place all day without smudging or fading.

I've bought this pencil so many times because it just works for me. I've tried other eyebrow pencils, even from more expensive brands, but I honestly don't like how they make my eyebrows look compared to this one.

This one is definitely my go-to, and I will keep buying it!

My Go-To Waterproof Brow Pencil

I was disappointed. It is very dri, you have to really have to keep marking to get what you want. It is very hard to come off. This might be good with oily skin. I chose the grey, great color. This could be someones perfect brow pencil. My pencil was delivered to me.

I like this product and the price point is great-- but the amount of product inside is so small and it runs out so quickly! The barrel of the product is so large that I think more product could fit... I would rather pay a little more for more product rather than have to frequently repurchase.

The formula has been changed. It used to be easy to apply this pencil; it used to be creamy with excellent pigment and the brush on the end used to be larger.  Now the product is hard and waxy and very difficult to get even distribution of color. Also the price of item has doubled.  I can no longer recommend this brow pencil

Don't waste your money on this elf product

Been using this brow pencil for a year, its been the  best brow pencil for the price that ive ever used. But for some reason they decreased the amount of product from 24g to 18g and tried to hide it by making the spoolie larger. I cared but it wasnt a deal breaker. But unfortunately they have also changed the formula and its impossible to use easily now. Pressing as hard as I can without breaking the pencil tip and im getting virtually zero pigment or product transfer onto my skin. It has become one of the worst eye brow pencils I have ever used and I would probably sell a kidney just to have the old formula back. Why ruin a perfectly good product??? Greed. Just greed.
