Overall the best one I have found. I had to change my makeup remover so I could remove my brows. Great for swimming and working out. Does not even smudge or come off when you rub or wipe your brow. It does set quick, so make sure you fix the imperfections fast when putting it on.

This eye brow pencil is fabulous!! Water proof it is… a tiny bit dark.. but I'll take it.. just don't press so hard when using it.. it…goes on smooth and lasts all day out in the sun %26 sweat .. no running down my face…

I absolutely love this eyebrow pencil! It makes my brows look so natural, feathery, and well-defined every time I use it. It fills in my bald spots perfectly without looking harsh or overdone. The color is perfect, and it goes on really smooth without feeling too heavy.

I also love that it's waterproof, so my eyebrows stay in place all day without smudging or fading.

I've bought this pencil so many times because it just works for me. I've tried other eyebrow pencils, even from more expensive brands, but I honestly don't like how they make my eyebrows look compared to this one.

This one is definitely my go-to, and I will keep buying it!

My Go-To Waterproof Brow Pencil

This eyebrow pencil does not smudge or smear and stays on all day. I love that the color that I choose doesn't carry any red undertoenes. It doesn't pull on my eyebrow hairs and glides on my skin. Its also very budget friendly which is a plus but gives me a beautiful quick brow every single time.

Perfect brows quickly

this color is Rare.  My hair is silvery gray and have green eyes. my hair used to be brown. But brown or black brows with gray or white hair doesnt get it. I searched through at least 100 brands. Most gray winds up actually being charcoal...gray black. that doesnt work either.
   if i had $50 to toss around i could easily get a designer brand from A__z__, but i dont. this is a very definite medium light gray whose depth of color can be controlled by how hard you press the pencil over the brow. At last....the right color!

Excellent eyebrow pencil ever, goes right where you put it without smudging or too broad a stroke and the shaping brush on the end makes it look SO natural even where there is no real hair left!!  It blends in nicely and I have had one for over a year and it has never dried out, just bought this two pack so I have plenty for Summer vacation and the rest of the year!!!  Applies so easily I just love it to perfectly shape my eyebrows!! Best EVER!!!

The BEST Eyebrow Pencil Ever!!!

I love this  eyebrow pencil. It's the only brand I buy. I like the color choices, mine being taupe. The color goes on nicely %26 stays on all day. I buy the waterproof as I sweat a lot %26 don't have to worry about  it coming off. Also the price is right.

Elf waterproof eyebrow pencil

This product is great....it isn't a skinny pencil but it goes on easily and gives volume which is great if you have sparse brows...also it's great if you perspire the color will hang in there...the removal does require some extra attention but the staying power is worth it...

I have tried lots of different brow pixels and I keep coming back to the elf brow, pencil everything about this is perfect goes on smooth easy last all day. Since I began using this, I get so many compliments on my brows that I literally worried that something was wrong with my brows.  Don't hesitate to purchase this just because it's an expensive, it is so much better than even the way more expensive ones I've ever tried.

One amazing brows?  Buy this….

The formula has been changed. It used to be easy to apply this pencil; it used to be creamy with excellent pigment and the brush on the end used to be larger.  Now the product is hard and waxy and very difficult to get even distribution of color. Also the price of item has doubled.  I can no longer recommend this brow pencil
