This is well built, not hard to put together, and not hard to figure out how to put it together.  I looked at the instructions for maybe 1 minute.  

Your choice in buying this will depend on one of two things:  1. Do you plan to leave the frame up permanently in a bedroom?   2. Or are you wanting to use the frame with an airbed or other folding mattress when company is going to stay overnight?  

If it is the first one, buy it!  If it is the 2nd one, you are going to need 45 minutes to set it up and probably the same to take it down in order to store it away,  every time you have company.  So, for company you will want the fold up frame instead.  

If its the first one, you will love it.

Skeptical in the very beginning after seeing the enormous amounts of parts but as I started organizing and sorting the set-up project became amazingly simple and fast. I'm so pleased with results and the sturdy quality of this piece. Frame is strong and every part fits perfectly to add firmness and stability to the entire piece.

Queen of the Bed-Room looking Out

The assembly on this bed frame was much easier than ones I’ve ordered before. The packaging was also much better… more compact and easier to move inside. I believe it described weight bearing to be 1200 pounds!!

Can’t beat this product

The frame was as it was described. It's comfortable easy to assemble plenty of room underneath for storage and light Weight. I would definitely recommend it.

This is one of the sturdiest bases
The only thing I wish different-
middle support leg should be offset that you aren’t seeing it or hitting it with your foot when you walk up to the bed
Other than that, I would give it a 10 out of 10

So far this is a good sturdy bed frame. However the set up isn't easy like other ones that you just unfold and bolt together. This one will take some patience. Also it does have sharp corners, I've scraped my legs a few times already. Overall though it is good for the price.

Super easy to assemble and very sturdy.  I'm just not sure if the gaps between the slats are narrow enough to avoid the use of a box spring.  This is good for a less expensive mattress, or a guest room, but if you have an expensive mattress that you plan to keep for many years I would consider a frame that provides more support.

Great for guest rooms

The Ed’s queen platform bed frame arrived in a timely manner, was easy to set up in the room and is super sturdy. Definitely do not need a box spring and the under bed storage space is great!  We just have to figure out how to keep the mattress from sliding around on the frame.  I would recommend and purchase again.

I brought a queen sized frame, easy to assemble (did it solo without dropping anything on my foot). When i got to the final parts the slats (part D 24 of them) each one  was 3 inches TOO SHORT!! Now i have to unassemble and repackage the whole stupid thing to get a replacement.  Angry  is putting it VERY mildly

I got it 85% assembled and found that two of the bars had not been machined properly. the holes for the screws were too small for the screws. I had to break it down and return it.
