Way better than I expected; bought for my dad and he absolutely loves it! Super strong and sturdy! He weighs around 200 pounds and he said it feels very secure! (he even went on the top step and bounced a little to see how durable it was) <- NOT RECOMMENDED TO DO!!! But, it did still hold him up haha! 10/10 definitely would recommend!

I got this step stool on sale at Walmart and I am very pleased with it. Definitely worth what I paid for it and compared to others I have, it's worth more. The steps are very large, both wide and deep, it's sturdy but still tucks away nicely. It's heavier than I expected but not so much that I can't lift it or maneuver it. I would 100% buy this again.

Worth the Money!

Why did I wait so long to get a step ladder like this rather than precariously balancing on a kitchen chair all those years?! I did a lot of research before purchasing, and I'm glad I chose this one. It's already made many household tasks easier-- changing light bulbs, cleaning windows and tops of cupboards, stowing Christmas decorations on a high shelf, and painting my kitchen. 
The rubber feet keep the ladder from sliding around. It locks into place when open, and I appreciate its sturdiness, as well as the stability I feel when using it, due to the large, padded handle/grip.
When it's folded, it has a nice slim profile, so I find found it easy to store when not in use.

Why Did I Wait So Long?!

I put the item in my cart and within a couple of days it went up $5.00 lol. It was a much better deal when it was 5 dollars cheaper. However, the ladder was bigger than I thought it was going to be and it was quite sturdy. I'm in my 60's so I really appreciated that it wasn't wobbly. I felt “safe” while using it. I would absolutely recommend this item to anyone looking for a step ladder.

Pleasantly surprised

I'm a big guy and have been shopping for a small step ladder for some time . most were inadequate but when I found this one I jumped on it. this thing is stout . no worries about using this thing. and the price is half of everything else out there . odd how happy I am about a step ladder 😊

the best deal!

Feels a bit more stable than my old ladder, and safer.  Opening and closing it is easy, and has a quality feel to it compared to other ladders I looked at buying.  Big steps that hold a lot of weight with enough height that you are not reaching too far for anything in a house with a standard ceiling.

Good and Solid

i bought this to reach the top of my car to polish the sunroof from having it parked under a tree while on vacation.   it's height was more than enough to not only reach the top i never used the top step. 
it weighs a bit more  making it very sturdy.   grips on the steps ensure you won't slip while you lean your weight around while using it.

It seems okay at the moment but I just got it.  It's quite a bit bigger than I expected it to be, and does seem heavier duty. It has a nice soft gripper pad on top. The thing that bothers me the most though is that that "800 lbs" on the picture is a straight up lie. When you read the documentation, it says weight limit is 250.  I would never have put 800 lbs on it anyway, but for bigger people then maybe working with or holding a heavier item it could go over the 250 limit so that heavier weight capacity was a selling point for me. We'll see how the step ladder works out but I  would not recommend buying from edx simply because the company is falsifying right there on the ad.

False Advertising?

EN131 rating a UK safety rating is only 253 lbs. The ad says 800lbs. That was the selling point for me.  No mention of the 253 lb figure. i feel this amounts to false adverstising.
i weigh 300lbs. i stood momentarily on the 1st step and it held but i dont feel safe now after reading the insert that came in the box.
Its a nice ladder otherwise but i have fears its just for lighter people than I.

False Advertising. ?

I was very happy to purchase this stepstool and it worked OK the first few times. I didn't even have the stool for a month. It's about three weeks and I went to close it and the one leg is almost like it's warped. It does not close tight.  For the amount I paid for the stepstool it's quite disappointing to have a stool that I don't know how much trust I have in it anymore.   I actually bought a second one for a friend and they have the same problem. I would not recommend it unless I got the two lemons in the group.
