I Love it!!! Looks amazing, and so Soft. My Cat isn't taking to it, Unfortunately, and I have No idea why. She doesn't even Play with the stringed balls. She is very finicky, as she Used to be a Stray. Maybe she's slightly too big, for it? Think I might sprinkle it with Catnip or something. She had 1 of these before, and she loved it. If I were a Cat, I would absolutely Adore it. I'll give it some time, and if she Still doesn't warm-up to it, I might just Sell it. I don't Plan on returning it. It is Very high-quality and so soft and plush and well and thoughtfully designed.

I would have give this 5 stars, but I feel that this product needs just a few things improved. Number 1 the manufacturer should have added padding under the carpet because it is very, very hard. A cat likes a soft place to lay on. The second thing is the screws in the house on the second from the bottom floor were very hard to put in. You had to put a screw in all four corners  %26 they were very frustrating to get them to line up. I feel that they should have made them easier .  Some good things though is it is a pretty color of pink. Also I liked the fact they added the 2 balls with bells. My cat really likes them.

I really like the way this little cat tree is positioned.  my cat Moth loves harder surfaces to lay on. and since this doesnt have very much padding he loves it. the top spots are smaller but he still curls up in them! 

I gave this cat tree 4 stars because it smelled kinda bad when i unboxed it. I made sure to lysol it before i let my cat use it. it also sat in the sun for a few hours just in case ! but overall he loves it.  it is a tad small , but in a way its cozy for him. He is 12.5 -13lbs for size reference.

DEF not for bigger cats. my boy is 9 to 10 pounds and he is about too big for it.  it was not the easiest to put together,  The pillars inside the enclosures were a PITA. on a scale of 1 to 10 on ease of putting together we give it a strong 4.  
 My boy will get our money's worth out of it. he is already jumping and batting furry balls around. I will be buying a bigger one that is made especially for bigger cats. 
this one is a nice looking cat tree. The dark gray looks nice.

First off, it comes in a million little pieces.  Once we finally got it put together, we realized it's made more for little kittens than for a full grown cat.  All of the cat resting posts and houses are tiny.  Lastly, it's not sturdy at all…very wobbly even after tightening all the screws.  The color and material used is really nice though. (We got the cream colored one).  Will likely return.

Very hard shelves, it looks softer in the pictures. It was easy to assemble. I bought it for my daughter's new kitten. I'm glad I didn't get it for my 8 yr old cat. The tower as a whole looks small. Kitten loves the balls on it. Comical to watch. Fair purchase considering it was on sale when I purchased it. I would not recommend paying full price for it.

I already knew from 10 years ago that these air mattresses are not that comfortable so be forewarned I was told I've got all kinds of padding on this mattress I don't know what it is about this particular brand but it seems like the baffle is right down the middle where you lay and I don't know if that's for support but you might want to look at other brands I'm going to

Yet another item that is junk! Misaligned holes and it's so bad it cannot be used! I've ordered 3 different items from you and I'm done! Everything furniture or items you have to put together are always broken or damaged! I will not buy anything again!

Missing one of the platforms which I didn't notice until after I put it together and the platform with the ears is shown as being cushioned and it is not. It is bare pressed wood. Definitely not worth the money and now I have to take it apart to return it because it's missing parts
