This feta is produced in a block with a firmer and crumbly texture with a salty flavour that is very consistent throughout. A multi functional ingredient that is great for cubing into salad, baking or to complete any dish.

Here's a nice healthy recipe to try, all ingredients available at Wal-mart, (no I don't work for Wal-mart LOL!):
Greek Lentil Salad
2 Roma/Plum tomatoes, chopped
half a green pepper, chopped
1/2 english cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup black olives
1 can lentils, drained and rinsed
1/4 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/2 freshly squeezed lemon juice or 1 1/2 tablespoons, bottled
1 tsp (or more) fresh dill, chopped
2 cloves garlic minced or 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
Whisk dressing, mix with rest of ingredients.   Can allow to sit for a bit before serving to blend flavours...

It has got a perfect balance of creaminess and salt. Have been using it in my salad; enhances the overall taste.

This is the first time I'm trying this brand. I love the texture and the taste. I recommend this for everyone.

Love the look of different colours in my salads and this works well!  Love the mouth feel and flavour too!

Great addition to my salads

Okay.

This feta would not be suited for salads or as a topping, it doesn't have a crumbly texture that you'd expect. That being said, I used it in a dressing/ dip type to eat with vegetables and it's perfect for that whipped creamy texture if you blend it.

Not crumbly

Crumbles beautifully. So good with homemade greek dressing to add a little sodium and complete the flavour. This is my go to feta, always in the fridge!

My fav.

This is the worse Feta I've ever had, in fact, my guest thought it was goat cheese, not feta. It has the consistency of goat cheese (soft) but doesn't taste at all like feta or goat cheese. It was gross.
