Well-balanced, smoothing-rolling, good-looking rollator. Nice large wheels for easy steering. Sturdy cloth seat. Handy bag. The color is very nice, too. I got the burgundy. Supports up to 300 lbs. I just need to adjust the height of the handles. Comes fully assembled.  Very nice rollator.

Good buy

I'm not real impressed with this walker. I find it too wide and hard to walk with. The wheels just go where they want. I am constantly having to take my focus off of my walking and putting it on making sure my stupid walker isn't taking off and running into something. Hard to steer and is very frustrating. The positive things about it are the brakes work really well and I like the soft seat with the use of a tray when carry liquids or food. Otherwise I would not recommend this walker.

Too heavy at 16 lbs.  lighter ones on the market at approx 14 lbs

I find this walker hard to steer and hard on hands. I'm running into everything because he doesn't want to turn. The handles are hard plastic and my hands are really sore. It's difficult to concentrate on walking when always having to work at not pushing the walker into a wall.

Disappointed

The product is good, but it was missing several nuts and bolts. I have to buy them seperately from home Depot now.
