I used the Mondello Red Wine Salami on a large baguette to make party appetizers with some cheese and got many compliments. The salami was flavourful and chewy which is the preferred texture for me and my guests. Pleasantly surpraised by the subtle wine undertone and thoroughly enjoyed the salami. Great taste and enjoyed sampling.

Caddle

This red wine dried salami tastes exactly the same as the traditional Chinese dried pork sausage. A little bit sweet, the flavor of red wine, the perfect texture. Not salty. Everything is perfect. Love this salami snack. It could also be used for cooking dishes.

Fantino & Mondello Red Wine Slametti is a nice bite of flavour to add to a charcuterie board.  It has a pleasant flavour and a good texture giving a little bit of variety to the selections.

The salametti with the red vine tastes amazing. It was not too dry not too salty. I recommend trying this product.

Great Appetizer

I add thinly sliced F&M salametti to my charcuteries to complement cheeses and bread.  A nice red wine finishes everything perfectly when entering family and friends.

A charcuterie must

Love this as a quick protein snack or on a charcuterie board. Only thing I don't like is sometimes white stringy stuff gets stick in my teeth and i have to floss.

Great taste!

Looks very similar to their original, but it definitely has a different flavour profile. It still holds true to the company's quality and has a good distribution of fat. I personally would still state the original is better. But a good addition to a charcuterie board

Flavour profile is interesting

First time purchasing this. Found this chub to be a little too fatty for my liking and did not really taste the ‘red wine'

Red Wine Salametti

I found this to be greasier than other salamis. The red wine flavour is unique if you're looking for something different to add to a charcuterie board, but I don't think I would buy it again.
