It was a great cut. The shopper picked a nice one. lol  made some nice fall off the bone ribs. No complaints.

Great portion

Meat is slippery when cutting into manageable portions and for quicker cooking time. 9 hours to fall off bone in a crock pot.

i cannot tell a lie, never  in all my years has such culinary brilliance graced my lips. I am forever in the debt of that blessed beast whose juicy ribs graced my pallet. I would like to also thank Walmart for this opportunity. Sincerely, a satisfied meat enthusiast.

I found this particular cut very fat, I wouldn't have selected it but went through Walmart Grocery Delivery Service and didn't have a choice in the selection process.

Fletcher Vacuum Packed Fresh Pork Ribs

Too much extraneous meat at ends of slab (not on ribs) and there were sections of spine, as well, which made it difficult to cut into portions.

I have bought these many times. They are not a nice rack of ribs like what is shown in the photo. They have a lot of extra fat and varying sizes of bone and meat. The ends tend to just be a slab of meat with no bone at all. I use them for stewing or adding flavor to sauces or stews.
