Best garlic spread, good flavour. 

I've used in lieu of mayo or butter for sandwiches. Works well to make grilled cheese ans gives it a tasty garlicy flavour.

Garlic spread (dip)

I thought I would try this because it's better for you than butter and I love garlic. It's light and fluffy, very smooth and easy to spread right out of the fridge and I do like the taste. It's not much different in calories a tablespoon of butter is slightly over 100 cal per tbs and this is about the same. I'm not sure but I don't think it will keep as long as butter would because it has eggs in it and for just one person I don't think it's worth it. I made a roast beef on a bun and spread on the top and the bottom that I couldn't really taste any flavor coming from it so I don't think I'll be buying it again.

It's nice but I don't think I will buy it again.
