I know people were having problems with the zipper, but if you are gentle with it,and try not to zip it all the way up or down, there should not be any issue. I especially like it that it unzips all the way to the top of the foot so that it is easily slid on and off.... I have no complaints...It is not a workboot, but perfect to walk in the snow with traction.

The boot is very comfortable and easy to put on, it is warm enough. I use the boots to walk my dog and my feet stay warm in -20C weather. I have one boot where I have a hard time to zip it up, it gets caught but so far I am able to zip it up (may just be my boot). The other one zips great.
