I bought the ex-large and it was huge on me. I am 5 feet 5 inches tall and 155 pounds. I am very hippy with big thighs and a belly.
I had bought the George jogger-style pajama bottoms in large and they just fit so I sized up in these which was a mistake. I recommend getting your regular size.
 The length was great. Soft and comfortable. Quality is good for the price point. I will reorder in large.

The description says it's made of flannel fabric, but it's a thin flannel, if that.  Not what is normally expected of flannel.  Waist size also runs large.

Thin flannel

These are about 6” too long for the average woman. Not worth having hemmed so I'm donating. I bought the kind with cuffs on the bottom which are great.
