The website states this nightshirt is 100% cotton. That was specifically what I wanted and was looking for when I ordered it. It is NOT 100% cotton. It's a 60/40 cotton/polyester blend. The colour also seems more muted than on the website. Otherwise, it appears to be as advertised per the website. It feels soft and comfy. It's true to size. It is on the thin side and somewhat see-through, as are the other cheap pj t-shirts sold by Walmart, but it's a dark enough colour it shouldn't be an issue. I haven't worn or washed it so can't comment on that aspect. It also arrived over a week late due to Purolator's error and I had to contact them multiple times to get it redelivered. Other items in my order were cancelled, including the pj pants I was hoping to wear with this shirt. In addition, the price went down right after I placed my order for it and other items but Walmart won't do price adjustments on clearance items even if they haven't been shipped yet. Overall, not a great experience shopping online at Walmart, or worth the hassle for a $5 night shirt. It's probably not worth the hassle to return for me, so will likely end up keeping it. If you're specifically looking for 100% cotton, not recommended, look elsewhere. But if you want a cheap cotton/polyester blend nightshirt, on the other hand, it may be just the shirt for you.
