I purchased this as a healthier choice to regular bacon but I was greatly disappointed .. it's not turkey and it's not bacon .. what is it?

Substitute to 'bacon'.

Honestly, they taste great. I have them every morning for breakfast. BUT, as someone who tracks calories and protein, I can't give it more than two stars because the nutritional information is completely incorrect. On the website, the nutritional information shows that two slices is 60 calories. But on the back of the actual package it says that ONE slice is 50 calories, making two slices 100 calories. The protein is also off by 2g. So if you're someone who tracks calories, it's something to keep in mind.

Terrible!!! They have obviously changed their formula for there.  I have bought this product for over 3 years.  This is the 1st time I was extremely disappointed.  Very little taste now.  When cooking them the curl up in a circle.  Will no longer be buying these. Even though I have always enjoyed these previously I will now be switching to butterballs turkey bacon even though it cost more.  Plus the price in the last 6 months the price for Great values has gone up at least $2.00 but as I said the quality has decreased. Never been so disappointed in  a product as I am i n this one.
