Works great! The graphics are super clear, everything runs smoothly with zero lag, and it's just a really snappy device overall. The color is listed as pink, but it's more of a light rose gold...still pretty, but I'd personally prefer a true pink.

The real unexpected standout is the back camera. It takes fantastic pictures and insane macro shots, WAY better than I ever anticipated from a tablet. Too bad it's kinda difficult to whip an iPad out of your pocket for pictures. However, the front camera has the picture quality of a potato, but I didn't buy it to take selfies with, so that's fine.

And I got it on sale for a price so low that I'm surprised I didn't buy it out of some dude's trench coat in a back alley. Absolute steal.

The iPad Air is such a big improvement over a base iPad. The laminated screen makes it feel so much nicer than having that hollow feeling of the cheap iPad. 

Thankfully, you don't even notice that this is pink, as that was the only color that was on sale. It was a great deal for having 256 GB of storage even though it is the older M1 processor. I am very happy with it.

Only issue I had was with the Apple warranty. It said it had expired back in 2024 because it showed the original purchase date of this iPad is 2023. But I was able to call Apple support and upload a photo of the receipt and the item serial number and they reinstated the warranty for 12 months from the original purchase date which was in mid November.

Great IPad for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The iPad has been one of these products you can use as a personal device without feeling you're carriying a laptop. Is very functional and perfect for those who wants use it at school. I love my iPad

I decided to upgrade my 4-year-old 7th gen ipad to something a bit better. I didn't want to pay for the pro version since it has more than what I need. So I decided to get this 5th gen iPad Air with 256 GB of storage to watch movies, play games, edit videos, and use the stage manager on my Roku TV. This tablet also gets the latest version of ipados and has the M1 chip with 8gbs of ram and 256gb of onboard storage instead of the base 64gb. I am happy with this device and will use it everyday around the house, take on trips to edit videos with an external hard drive that supports USB C or an adapter that is USB C to USB A.

it replaced my 7th gen ipad (128gb)

Got this for College. I am SOO excited to use this to play games and draw when I have free time. Definitely a better option for writing notes. Soo glad I saved $200!!! It makes me feel so much better knowing all the paper I will be saving using this and knowing I will have access to my notes on any apple device to re read and quiz myself. Excited to start the new semester with this device!!

Don't walk, RUN towards this deal!

This is such a great iPad to get because for only   $50 more dollars instead of getting the iPad 10 you can get this one and it's faster and will still be getting all the new and large iPad updates because of the M1 chip it has. I HIGHLY recommend this iPad!

Best iPad to get this year!

I'm obsessed. I love this thing. The amount you can do is amazing. Love using it to help me stay organized and hubby uses it for video editing! Great purchase. Well worth it. It magnetizes to my pencil so it stays on there, and the Touch ID lock button is really cool. Love it

I have had different models of iPads in the past, and had researched this one compared to  others that have been released alongside this one and after. I have been using this along with the magic keyboard as a makeshift laptop for work, and it is amazing! Very slim and light weight as well.

Worth it!

Apple products in the beginning had a selling point of being most user-friendly.  Now, especially in initial setup customer care is required moreso due to dynamics.  Transitioning from an older device to a newer device is more involved than what was previously.  Nonetheless, still a quality product.  Walmart stores are always a cornerstone to stand behind the products they market!

im kind of annoyed bc it didnt come with a pen. i thought it came with the pen. its already 700  dollars, they couldnt include a ridiculously priced ($80) PEN?
