i had a blink camera, i bought it for the brand name... well it sucked, this one is easier, no mandatory purchases.... sd card is great.  easy to navigate through.  solar panel is a nice little feature.  very satisfied.

I wanted to get a security camera because a neighbour had a delivery package stolen. The ieGeek Security Camera met my requirements. It's wireless and rechargeable, and you don't need to pay for cloud storage. The photos are clear, and it's simple to inatall and operate. Perfect for my needs. I recommended this camera to my neighbour.

GREAT CAMERAS!

Firstly It doesnt come with a micro SD card and can only support up to 128GB. Additionally It doesnt include a charging plug So you have to use your own. The shipping took a long time But once it was shipped It arrived quickly. Setting it up was a bit challenging at first following the directions But once I figured out the app It didnt take long. An update is required right away Which wasnt mentioned

Want to start by saying that I gave it an overall 4star rating for a few reasons

Very sturdy at standing up to the elements. That's a bonus.
However, is not a particularly good choice with regards to recognizing motion.  Most activity has already left the field of view by the time the camera starts recording, and, there are times when people walk right in front of the camera and it does not recognize motion.  Then someone else will walk through the exact same location and the camera will recognize the motion.  It also loses Wi-Fi activity with greater frequency than other cameras positioned very close to it that are from other manufacturers who don't drop the Wi-Fi connection.  So, the camera is "good"… But, it's not really a perfect fit.

I installed one on my fence to watch over my driveway. However It often only captures the back half of the car as it approaches. Most of the time It records videos of absolutely nothing Resulting in a waste of money Phone battery And time. I can share one of the 50 videos Ive received today alone its only 3 pm.

Had hoped to appreciate these cameras But they are terrible
