I love these done in a frying pan, the oven, or on the barbie.  Serve with toothpicks to dip in the mustard of your choice (I use sweet/hot).  Or in a bun with mustard and saur kraut.

Even though I baked these sausages and they turned out perfectly!  They are sooo juicy and tasty!

Very good sausages.  Not fatty.  Minimal shrinkage.  Bought them on sale and are affordable.

While i love the meat, the only time i buy them is when they are on sale. And a good sale. Walmart has them on sale enough, put some in the freezer.

Love Johnsville meats.

These are an oft repurchased product, when being price promoted.  Consistent quality, texture and flavour.  Prepare to suit.

These sausages really hold the flavour of smoke.  They are almost too juicy.

I would eat them again.

Note fhst they do have MSG.

Found them way too salty, they are my usual sausage brand to buy but got 2 packs and I could only eat 1/2 of one. Family thought the same we just ended up throwing them out

Too salty

the cooking is a mess. this ends up being 3/4 of what it actually is so you'd need two for a 6" sub total waste of money the taste is somewhere between salty and sour. i hate it ZERO STARS!!
