According to my 7 year old, they are not that sour but he loves "decorating" the gummy with the juicy drop pen that is included.  The top of the packet is filled with gummies, the bottom portion has a pen filled with some juicy drop.  The kids then take the pen and spray the indented portion of the gummy with filling.  It is an activity in itself!

Most of the candy with gel or juice seems to be too sweet or sour to them but they loved this! They liked that they got to fill the gummy and really enjoyed eating them and sharing the combos!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All sugar and slimy goo. Kids love these, hahaha! My son loves "building" his treat with the juicy gel and he's a fan of all the flavors. It can be messy for younger kids or as a car trip treat, but it's also a lot of fun.

Fun treat

These are sealed well and cone out fresh, soft and chewy. Sour, sweet and ooey gooey! So much fun to squeeze the pen and fill the candy centers and eat. Nonred dye no. 40 which I appreciate due to allergies to it that run in our family. So much fun to eat. It is however difficult to get out all the yummy gooey goodness from the pen. Must have a bit of muscle stregnth and patients and a siccors at the end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can see that this is a cool idea and could appeal to kids. But at the end of the day it's basically putting sugar on top of sugar. Which for kids candy it's par for the course. However, I'm not sure if the added gel candy into the gummy candy really adds much, both in terms of flavor or texture. The gummies themselves tasted pretty good. I just don't think the gel was necessary.

Innovative but seems unnecessary

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not like these at all.  I can't pinpoint exactly why.  The flavors are weird, the liquid you put on the chewy candy is just too much?  Just not my thing.  My kids and their friends?  They liked them.  Although some of them also preferred not to put the liquid candy on the chewy candy. And even though the kids stated they liked them, the extras I had did not get eaten.
