I bought my fresh market lean found beef 2 weeks ago and it was fantastic. It cooked nicely, was fresh and delicious. The portion was a good size. I was able to split it up and freeze it. When I used the food in the freezer it was still just as fresh when thawed out.

Where's the beef !!!

Beef is great quality and I like the fact that the weight is exact to the pound. You don't get the variation in weights that you see in other grocery stores.

Great recipes with lean ground beef for my family.

Nicely surprised the lean ground beef was so tasty. Not to much shrinkage, nice and pink all the way through. Fresh tasting and smelling.

Very good deal

I made my spaghetti sauce with this beef and everyone loved it. Price is also excellent. You can't go wrong for a family pack.

Good quality beef!

Got this through Walmart's Purchase online and pick up at store program. I didn't have the same problem some have reported as the stale date was 5 days in the future. Great, fresh ground beef, really tasty. Here's the issue though; The web site says it's an 850 gram package, the one I received was only 800. 50 grams isn't a huge issue but I still found it misleading. That's the reason this tasty, fresh ground beef lost a star.

Correct it Walmart or you may find yourself going head to head with Weights and Measures Canada...or perhaps the Competition Bureau that handles that...

One small issue

I bought a couple of weeks ago.  I really wish the date was longer than 2 days.  Otherwise it was good.

Expiration date needed to be longer

When we opened the package (2 days before the best date before), the meat gave off a foul smell and we had to throw it away. It was the first time it happened to us
