I was a little hesitant to buy these mangos after reading the reviews but we decided to give them a try, and we're glad that we did. These mangoes are fresh and sweet and very delicious.  They are a little small but that is to be expected with this type.

They ripen in 5 to seven days.  Heres a tip, if you want them to ripen more evenly then try placing them in a medium sized paper bag. fold in the top of it so that no light can reach the mangos inside. rest them outside of the fridge in bag.

 After 4 days check on them, you should notice that they have started to yellow evenly. Place them back in and wait a few more days, then once ripe place them inside the fridge to preserve them. it works every time and we never get black spots on our mangos due to this method.

The Ataulfo mango is absolutely delicious—smooth, creamy texture with a rich, sweet flavor. It's less fibrous than other varieties, making it perfect for smoothies, desserts, or just eating fresh. The small pit and thin skin make it easy to enjoy. One of the best mangoes out there when in season!

When these are fresh and ripe I will take them over their larger red/green cousins any time. They're sweeter, juicier and easier to get out of their skin. lol Plus, typically they're only a dollar each. Try one!

Delicious, Juicy Little Sweeties

Great mangos at good price.  THey were delicious and various stages of ripeness so we had some for days!

Great juicy mango, right size, right price

Even many days after the mango was delivered, it was really too dour to eat so I made a Thai mango salad…not what I was hoping for, however.

Too Unripe

Very easy to go bad, not as good as I thought it would be. Not sweet as advertised to be.

it's still raw. it's not ripe at all. it's inedible. I hate it so many days so that it will ripe. like more than a week. still raw. I'm having to throw it in the trash. waste of money

Purchased 4 mangos with a pick up order. They were far too green. They never did ripen. These are my favorite mangos  but very disappointed with this batch.

Too green!

One of the mangoes was brushed with markings and much smaller than the other two I bought. I would never have purchased it if I was in the store.
