Cauliflower  is blackened and starting to go bad

Just an oversite no problem

not the freshest, the  cauliflower started to brown the next day

I bought this hoping for convenience, hoping to make stir-fries in a jiffy.  The problem is that the chunks of veg are wildly different sizes -- all the way from pieces the diameter of marbles to a couple of monsters the size of tennis balls.  Plus there were several big, tough pieces of cauliflower stem which were never going to taste like much.  Disappointment abounds.

Not impressed

When i opened the bag, they already had that dark color on all the cauliflower pieces. The broccoli parts looked fine.

Brown/black spots

Check vegetables immediately, this is the second time that  the cutting point of both Broc. and cauliflower  was turning black. The first package I threw away but the 2nd one I have washed and trimmed, wrapped it in paper towel to absorb the moister.   Sorry I don't know how to place the photo.  Can send it email.
