This pack is my go-to when I want a no-fuss protein for the week: the breasts cook up nicely and work for everything from stir-fries to simple oven baking. Most of the time they taste fresh and feel reasonably well-trimmed, which saves prep time and makes portions easy. They're also a solid high-protein option (about 37 g protein and 200 calories per 120 g cooked serving, with 0 g carbs), so they fit meal-prep macros without effort. The only hiccup is that you can occasionally get a pack that turns out a bit chewy, so I'd recommend a quick marinade and pulling them as soon as they hit temp to keep them juicy.

Right amount for three good meals

They gave me a pack with 7 pieces, some pieces bigger than others.  I tried them with herb and parmesan shake n bake and that coating locked in the moisture while giving them a good flavor.

Great chicken breasts

Haven't used them yet in my recipe but they look good and they've been individually packaged and are now waiting on my slow cooker recipes.

I would definitely recommend buying chicken breast from Walmart.  Well packaged when it's delivered and great tasting when it's cooked.

The chicken is always delicious however, I've noticed 2 specific changes. The pieces are getting smaller and the price gets higher. I also love the chicken without antibiotics but it's always a race to get it because it sells out so fast. Supply and demand, we need more without antibiotics because that's what the majority of us want. I say all that to say, it's delicious. 😋

Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts 🐓

I am not a fan of this chicken.  I found it to be stringy and tough. I do not over cook chicken.  So I was very surprised with the end results.  We tried barbecuing it as well and same result. It was my first time buying it as the price was good but I'll go back to fresh from the butcher or my other brand.

Definitely from Old chickens

Our chicken purchase was a disappointment. The chicken was so tough that my husband couldn't use it for his usual Catalina chicken recipe. We will have to find a stew or slow cook recipe to use the remaining 4 chicken breasts, so that they will breakdown and not be tough.

Too tough

Nothing wrong with the chicken, I buy this all the time and have for years. My issue and reason for 1 star is because they are now adding EAS security stickers under the price label and have been for a year now because they assume people will steal it. It's not safe to be near food. Not everyone steals and it always goes off when I leave the store because the self checkout either not working or not activated when scanning groceries.

Chicken breast is not supposed to be this tough ever. It's impossible to chew. I have been a professional cook since 1978. I have never come across meat this stringy and tough. Paid $22.48 for this pack, but I doubt Maple Leaf is using food grade chickens.

Never re-ordering this again

We picked up this pack of chicken on saturday afternoon after doing an online order with Wal-mart. Unfortunately i went to cook it on Tuesday, and it was already expired 🙃
