Very good, well marinated, put it on the BBQ for a few minutes. serve it with rice and veggies and you have a quick and delicious meal.

Great pre-marinated short ribs

Bought these on sale at Walmart and, having never tried them before, I was going to pan fry them or broil them. Instead I baked them in the oven at 400 F for about 20 minutes. They were delicious! Then I used the bones plus the fond from the pan to make a stock, after loosening the brown bits with some boiling water.

Very Tasty with a nice texture

I often make these from scratch and they're surprisingly expensive for the small amount of meat you get. So when I purchased this prepackaged version, I was skeptical. 
I was surprised with how much meat there was, for the price. The flavour was decent too. Definitely recommend broiling them for 5 minutes or so a side.

Good flavour, quick to cook

good but beautiful taste of fat and very salty

At the least 60% fat! Too much to trim so I rendered it and made jerky to feed to my dog but he growled at me as I put it in his bowl.
