Great value forthe size sbc price, good flavour, perfect thickness. My favourite bacon by far. My Walmart (Brandon manitoba) struggles to keep it in stock which is annoying.

Delicious bacon!  Unfortunately the price has climbed a great deal so it has to be rationed when serving.

Best Bacon Ever!

I was skeptical about this unknown brand but it was just perfect. Right thickness. Cooked up well. Was delicious.

Mitchell's Heritage, I don't know Mitchell. But I can Insure you he has a fat stack if his inheritance is based on this bacon.  Like thick as it is sliced,  fat properly proportioned to the meat, and it staid long.  No one wants a shrivelled up B slice.  Good job Mitchell. Any way you cook it, these thick slices are good. Good in sandwiches, potato soup, carbonara, wrapped around a grouse and smoked, used in stuffing, with eggs, even just for some pocket meat it is suffice

Not bad bacon, tender when crispy. Although I find it lacked salt. Must of cut back since they first come out for sale.  But fixed it up to my flavor I enjoyed it very much when I added a little bit of salt..

Mitchell Bacon

I've previously loved this bacon, but this last time it was really watery.  Lots of liquid in the packaging and I had to boot it dry with paper towels before cooking to get a good crisp on it.

Typically you can find Mitchell's to be one of the better Bacons .
But when ordering through  delivery you do not have the option  to pick out the leanest looking .
The packages I ordered were more than 3/4 fat and not the quality one normally receives through Mitchell's .

This is not thick cut bacon. Way too thin. Better than most, but competition has better
