Our pizza dough is the base of any great pizza! Our premium quality dough balls are manufactured using only the finest ingredients, with no artificial preservatives or flavours.

GREAT quality product! Tips: 1. Let the frozen dough thaw in your fridge at least overnight, or ideally ferment for a full 48 hours in the fridge for maximum quality and flavour. 2. Then also let it sit in the bag at room temp for 2 hours to make it easy to work. 3. Turn the bag inside out for easy removal onto a well-floured surface. 4. This one ball will easily make a big 18x12" rectangle or 2 x 12" pizzas. 5. Bake on the well-done side for maximum flavour.

LOVE IT! - makes a GREAT Pizza or Panzerotti!

Pleasantly surprised by this dough. I ended up making breadsticks and a pizza with one package. Also, i ended up freezing it again after receiving it thawed, and it turned out fine.

The dough is perfect for not just for pizza making but also for any flatbread recipe.
I love the flatbread at my favorite italian store, so I tried to replicate it as close as possible. Just added the same toppings and was very pleased with the performance of this dough.  Very thick and soft consistency, very close to what I'm used to buying premade. Excellent product!

Very convenient!  I usually take it out of the freezer in the morning and by the time I get home it's thawed and ready to go.

Pizza is so fluffy and amazing i would suggest cooking at 350 and slowly cook it. The crust is magnificent and fluffy inside. Overall it was the best pre made dough ever!!

Amazing crust!!

I was able to make two pizzas from it. Easiest way to remove from bag is to turn bag inside out. Good price.

Enough for two 12” thin crust pizzas

When I receive it was not frozen.
Used it for pizza and was great, pizza bread was raised and good, easily be able to spread by hand inside pizza tray with some olive oil spreaded on the tray, hope they have whole wheat, recommend it

Great dough

I went to Keswick Walmart today to buy Molinaro's frozen pizza dough. I was told it was not frozen and was directed to the deli section where there was one package left on the shelf. When reading the instructions it indicated that it was previously frozen and was to be used within 3 days of thawing. How do I know when it was thawed? Anything I've been able to find on line indicates it is a frozen product. I believe they are keeping it in the wrong section.

Should It Be Frozen?

If I could possibly give this product a negative number I most certainly would.  My husband brought this crust home from Walmart and I immediately knew it was not the product I usually buy. It didn't stretch out as my usual dough, it didn't bake evenly or brown properly. It was horrific to be honest. It was like eating a dough ball. I gave a piece of the crust to my dog and even he spit it out. We had to remove the toppings and eat it separately as we could not eat the ‘crust'.

Horrific - not a quality product.
