This cheese is one of the best I've ever tasted in my life. It has a sweet nutty and caramel note that makes it so addicting. It's soft and so flavourful! I would recommend it to anyone looking to add variety to their cheese! Perfect for a charcuterie board or to bring along for a picnic or a wine night! I will be purchasing this cheese again and again!

Caddle

This cheese right here! I don't know why it's called old Gouda but, I can definitely say every bit taste new when you eating it. Paired great with some grapes and a nice glass of wine. I would definitely recommend this brand.

Old is the new , New

As a first time buyer, I did not know what to expect.  I was very pleased:  grated onto a mixed salad -- terrific; grated and used to top scalloped potatoes -- wonderful.  A great addition to my cheese army.

I tried it.  I liked it

For those who like their classic cheese pure with no additional flavour this one is for you. You can never go wrong with Gouda. My family and I loved as what would life be without cheese.

Classic that never gets old

I really enjoyed this cheese. The flavour was strong but not overpowering. It paired well with all the items on charcuterie board. People seem to enjoy it. It also has a soft creamy texture which I really liked.

Cheese with a really nice flavour

I loved this aged Gouda! The flavour was robust with notes of caramel you could actually taste! The texture was smooth and soft, unlike other aged cheeses, and it paired really well with apples and fruit and nut based crackers.

Can't wait to try this at thanksgiving dinner we I've cheese! And love Gouda so  I'm sure this will be good.

This is the best gouda I've eaten. The gou is tasty and the texture super pleasant. I loved it.

This product was yet another quality offering from the new line of cheeses from Monsieur Gustav. It was a firm, aged gouda that featured a delicious roasted caramel taste. I would purchase this product in the future and would recommend it to others.
