The enoki mushrooms were surprisingly fresh and very tasty. Definitely by again.

Enoki mushrooms

These mushrooms are some of my favourites. They're super easy to use. You don't rinse them. Just cut the bottom off some of the way to get rid of the dirt, trying to keep them in one big clump. Then you just tear them into bundles, and throw into stuff (like stir fry, curry, hot pot, etc…) Or you can cut them a little higher so they come apart individually. Sautée in a little butter with a pinch of salt and a little pepper, and you can use them in place of noodles. They have this cool kind of crunchy texture no matter how long you cook them, and they're super earthy and flavourful. Definitely in my top 3. Yes, I have a list of mushrooms. Lol

It was out first time trying it and it was not a hit…am sorry to say that we prefer all the other types we have tried before so will not buy again but am sure some people would like this nutty earthy taste

I bought discounted mushrooms but I cooked that day, when I cooked, it gets watery and black color and slimy, I didn't eat it and dumped it.

It was rotten.
