I consider myself to be a cheese afficianado. This cheese is comparable to Balderson cheddar cheese.  It's perfectly aged, crumbly and is Devine on pasta, crumbles or shaved into salads, and many dishes. Holds well on canapes.

This cheese is excellent. Beautiful quality. So grateful for wonderful authentic cheese like this but at a fair price. We have the dairy cartel mafia here in Canada so cheese costs an arm and a leg but these types of products allow us to enjoy the finest cheeses regularly. Thank you Walmart
