Local cattle farmers are going to have a serious problem if they can't get their pricing under control. For what I paid for two of these packs, would have cost an extra 50% of locally sourced ground beef. Sure it's frozen vs fresh, but common, that's a huge price difference. It tastes just as good and honestly maybe even better.

As good as local ground beef for 1/2 price.

Super happy to find Our Promise Lean Ground Beef at my local Walmart!  Not only is it halal, which is a huge plus for me, but it's also lean and tastes great. Kudos to Walmart for carrying a product that fits my dietary needs and preferences.  Would definitely repurchase!

this ground meat is $3.00 less than the reg. one on Walmart and less packaging! But don't buy it as Walmart will stop selling it if it becomes too popular

Best ground beef we've had in a long time. Taste and texture very nice and cooks up amazing. Doesn't turn into mush.

Better than I'd expect for beef available at Walmart, and a good price too. We love a grass-fed lean beef product. Halal too.

Affordable Lean beef

I wish the flyer or product details would mention that this product was previously frozen. I was intending to freeze but it is not advisable to refreeze meat.

Previously Frozen

The meat had a lot of gross fat in it, little tubes and fat like shapes I had never seen before in ground beef.

Would not buy again

This meat wasn't lean, and there was at least 30 to 40% sinew, fat, gristle, and veins/arteries all through out. I cooked and seasoned the meat anyway and it was trultly disgusting.
