Every year my jam doesnt set because i wont put the 7 cuos of suger in, i want to taste the strawberries. I found this "no sugar" Bernardin and with only 1 cup of sugar i have amazing jam thats the right consistency and tastes awesome !

Fantastic!

It truly is the only way to make jam. I do a mix berry and follow the bumble berry jam portions in the instructions. I love the fact I can control the amount of sugar in my jam. Well worth it.

No sugar pectin for making jam

I like how I can sweeten my jams to my taste and use less sugar. I generally add one pack to a double recipe, and test for gel set, before I add in a little more pectin and reboil. That way, my jams aren't too thick.

This is all I use in my cooked jams!

Follow the directions and you will get perfect sugar-free jam every time!

Using less sugar in homemade jams

Never made freezer jam before set up quite nice I probably wouldn't use it again only because I think I like cooked jam better but this was very easy to make no need to cook it.  If you like freezer jam this no sugar added was good

Jam set pretty good

I bought this at walmart, followed the instructions to a tee, my so-called jam was like cement.  It was so hard and firm and gelled way too much.  I literally cut it with a knife into squares and put a dollup of whipped cream on top of each square and served it to my kids as a treat.  Even when I tried to stir it to see if I could get it to soften, it would not breakdown or loosen up.  This was not anything close to a jam.
