I always use the turkey gravy mix from Clubhouse whenever cooking turkey or even chicken for a meal.  Often I will add it to the pan drippings but more often make it in a saucepan on it's own especially if I don't require a lot of gravy perhaps for a sandwich or even on French fries.  It adds a great deal of flavours to whatever I'm preparing.
