excellent product, price and the workers there are very helpful.

Lindt bars

This is very flavourful chocolate. I do however prefer the Lindt dark chocolate no added sugar chocolate bar over this one. The price is steep but it is great quality.

Lindt is the best at chocolate

Apparently this chocolate isn't dutched and so the bulk of the antioxidants are not destroyed. I've been reading some reviews that said that this bar isn't made with the reformulated recipe (which has been introduced in the US by the addition of soy lecithin), although it may contain traces of soy lecithin. Overall a good chocolate, bitter and sweet. If you're looking for something that's not so sweet, I would move up to the 85% bars. 90-99% bars I believe are undergo dutching.
