This is my favorite brand of jam.  I came across Bonne Maman, years ago when I was in France, and someone recommended the jam to me while I was there.  When I first found it here in North America, I was ecstatic.  Now you can find it all over, and I don't think that there is a better jam out there, at any price.  The strawberry jam is not too sugary, while still being sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth, yet it still tastes of fresh strawberries.  All of their jams maintain an amazing balance between the sweetness that we expect, and want from a jam, while still preserving the amazing flavour of the fruit, to ensure that the.fruit is the star of the show.  This jam also has a great combination of fruit to spread ratio.  If you like to have pieces of fruit in your jam, it has that, but if you prefer to have more spread, there is a lot of that as well.
