Came in 2 boxes no damages at all. Assembly does require 2 people which took 3 hours but not hard to assemble. Overall I love it. Yesterday was windy and it didn't move at all. The only cons are directions could be a little clearer and if installing into concrete you will need to purchase the hinges as they are not included but are very cheap at Home Depot. I would definitely recommend this gazebo and can't wait to add my lighting and decor and turn my patio into my own oasis.

Took one guy and a helper (me) but he did actually did it.  We laid out all the letter-labelled hardware pieces, bags of screws/bolts/ends, etc.  Then, followed the instruction booklet.  Everything fit together perfectly.  
It’s solid, looks good and came out just like the product pics.  
Took just under 4 hours.  
Highly recommend.  The roof for this size (8’x8’) has 8 solid plastic sections and they slid into the frame grooves perfectly.   It works well on the side of the house where it is more wind-protected.   It provides shade and rain protection to go out into the yard.
Yes, a good buy and well worth it!!

Easy to Assemble, All parts Fit Perfectly

I'm very impressed with this awning.  It looks nice and a friend that came to help me put it together did it without much problems.  It was simple for the most part but I'm sure if I would have attempted it by myself it wouldn't have been as easy.  the instructions were very 
easy to follow and I'm very happy with the purchase.

This is great fit for my side door, it works as my awning , much cheaper than building one. The main beams are all made of great solid metal, very easy to assemble, we had a pretty un level side yard, my husband had to add two wood beams to the bottom, and add more metal bracket to secure it on the other end. If we had perfect level yard and secure it to the ground, it would be more solid. But it did turn out to be perfect fit, and also allows the natural sunlight to come through. Great buy

Well, for it started well, Assembly was hard and complicated o.We didn’t was able to put the the brackets on the back on it complicated so Hardware good the holes good the wind so far is standing up is good. was very hard. This is perfect for my deck! Despite the instructions being a bit confusing, we figured things out and got it installed. The only thing it's missing is flashing between the house and the awning. Without it, I do have a little rain come down on the house side. If you have access to put up tall ladders you can definitely flash it to keep things watertight at the house side.. I love it for the shade it provides which is essential in the heat of summer. Has withstood a serious wind storm already with not problems.

Excellent product for the price!

-Excellent packaging!
-The color is as described.
-The instructions were fine until halfway through the construction process. (Make the pictures larger. Fill up the page.) 
-The roof panels were ridiculously difficult to install due to alignment issues. (There has to be as easier way! This was the smallest size!)
-Looks good, now that it is finished!
-Now we’ll see how it holds up on the rain.

Looks good, but took 7 hours to assemble!

Product dimensions were inaccurate. We purchased the 16 X 10 for our deck expecting it to fit perfectly based on the advertised measurements. However, it's a few inches longer than stated, making it unusable for us. Additionally, it’s non-returnable. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Don’t buy!

This product is terrible! The brackets dont align for the way that the thing is built, making the front two stands crooked and wobbly. The top is CARDBOARD COVERED IN PLASTIC! I'm requesting a refund and still waiting for the company to ger back to me. Save your time and look for something better.

This is made with such cheap materials. I wouldn't be surprised if this doesn't last us a year. We have high winds and heavy snow, I don't have very high expectations for this. Very disappointing because it was very expensive for what it is.
