These reminded me of the peanut butter girl scout cookies. Simple Mills is one of my favorite snack brands and these will definitely become a constant on our grocery list.

So much I am going to make them my go to cookies! 
Often gluten free cookies are disappointing and I just stopped buying them until I tried these. I think the fact that they are made with almond flour is what really made a difference . 
Definite recommend them and will buy them again and again

I wanted to try the cocoa cashew creme but it was sold out unfortunately. I would recommend to friends and family, but the price is a big high for a small box of cookies.

I cannot really review the stuffed sandwhich cookies. My store did not carry these at all. Bummed that the almond flour chocolate chip cookies were not a winner! If you like almond flour a lot then go for it!
