This banana bread mix is much better than any gluten-free recipe. I have found on the Internet or in QuickBooks and the gluten-free pan that you used to cook. It is absolutely awesome. I have never had a pan like that you bake it. You cool it for 10 minutes and give it a little shake and dump it out. There's no running a knife around, it's not going to stick so both the bread mix the cookie mix and the pan is all I've used so far I am aesthetic with all thank you

King Arthur Baking

I have been using KA gluten free Banana Bread Mix for many years now, and have lost count of how many requests I get for the recipe. It is the best gluten free product I have found in my quest to remain gluten free due to Celiac disease. It has and will continue to be my “go to” product. A 5 star product that I highly recommend.

Going bananas. . .

I have found that King Arthur has the BEST gluten free mixes. The Banana Bread Mix is really good and I recommend it and the other King Arthur GF products highly!

Always make banana bread from scratch, first time trying the GF mix. Almost under baked it. So very glad I added a ‘real' banana to accentuate the banana flavor. Will (have) purchased again!

Delicious and very moist

I am not gluten sensitive, but still love this mix. I enrich the mix with mashed banana as recommended on the package directions, and add walnuts. Delicious breakfast muffins result!

Wow, we were impressed with this banana bread! It tastes like we added real bananas to it and we didn't! This is is also a lot less work than making banana bread from scratch. Highly recommend to anyone who loves banana bread!

When you are Celiac and can not eat any gluten, you are so excited when there is a product that you can eat. King Arthur's gluten free mixes are WONDERFUL!!

Great Banana Muffins

I would use this mix even if we didn't need GF. Everyone loves the taste and texture. I use a banana in the recipe in place of the oil, as box suggests, and it turns out great. No grittiness at all.

Best banana bread even compared to non GF bread.

The bread was very moist and texture was good - not grainy like some gluten free baked goods. The center was a little too soft, next time I would bake it longer. Yes, I'd get it again.
