Catelli Protein  Rotini Pasta
I cooked the Catelli Protein  Rotini Pasta in dinner today to see if my family can notice any difference in taste of this pasta as compared to the classic one as made both in same sauce but the surprising thing was that they were not able to differentiate. This pasta has 17 g of protein per serving which is 100% plant based. It is made up of durum wheat semolina, lentils, chickpeas and peas. I will happily switch to this pasta to add protein in my family's dinner. I would highly recommed this pasta to everyone looking for healthier option in pastas.

A must try healthy Pasta!

I cooked both the high protein pasta and the regular pasta and served it to my kids as a taste test. They both loved both of them and didn't have a preference!  I also love that the high protein pasta has a very similar texture to regular pasta. It's the best I've have!

Kids couldn't tell the difference

My days off as a nurse means a day of relaxing at home and making comfort food. Pasta but with protein

Since Catelli Classic Rotini is my son’s absolute favorite for daycare lunches, I was a little nervous trying something new… but when we switched to Catelli PROTEIN Rotini, he honestly didn’t notice any difference and that’s the biggest win for moms with picky eaters. 
Same pasta taste and texture he loves, but now with 17g of plant-based protein made from durum wheat, chickpeas, lentils, and peas. 
As a mom, I'm happy to know 
- Support growing kids with extra protein, Keep tummy full, give energy and add nutrition.

Very impressed with this variety. The taste is great and the texture is just as good as traditional pasta! It cooked perfectly tender and it holds sauce really well. I also love the quality of the ingredients and the added protein, which makes it feel like a more nutritious option for family meals without sacrificing flavor.
My kids happily ate it without even noticing it was a higher-protein pasta, and they asked for seconds. It’s an easy way to make dinner a little more filling and wholesome while still keeping everyone happy at the table. Will definitely be buying regularly for our house!

Bonus Protein!

I was gifted the catelli protein and catelli original pasta to try. As a homeschool mom i am busy, and I try tl find ways to make simple meals more nutritious. I have tried several protein pastas and its a hit %26 miss. This however was a big win 4/5 voted for the protein pasta. It tastes wholesome and is not sticky or mushy like other protein pastas can be. It cooked in 8 minutes (faster than regular pasta). I handed it to my children plain so they could really try the flavor. And as mentioned earlier 4 out of 5 picked the protein pasta.

Sneak in extra nutrients

I appreciate the new Catelli Protein  Rotini pasta because it takes one of my favourite pasta shapes and added protein to it. Makes it even easier to get the all my daily nutritional needs in my meals! It especially helpful for my kids as I love ways to sneak in extra nutrition and this pasta does double duty.

I didn't find a difference in taste from the classic rotini but I did notice that it was smaller in size and took a little longer to cook. Apart from that, no difference! Love it and will get this again!

Same great taste!

This brand is a staple in our household, I've always enjoyed their pastas. Was very excited to try the Protein  pastas as I'm always looking for ways to incorporate more protein into my family's meals. Cooking this was no different than cooking the classic pastas, and was pleasantly surprised to find that there wasn't a distinct difference in taste or texture. I cooked the pasta with a tomato sauce with some onions and cheese, and I couldn't tell the difference between classic or the Protein  pasta. Even my kids couldn't tell that it was different which is a huge plus for me!

I have a  growing sports kid that needs protein in his everyday activities,having this pasta  Catelli Rotini protein plus pasta is a life-saver.
With 17 g of protein every serving it gives my kid his protein requirement.
Its non -gmo and vegan .
The taste and texture is just like a regular pasta, even the cooking method is the same .
This pasta is perfect for those who are in a plant based diet or on a higher protein diet .

perfect for a high protein diet

Catelli's Protein  Rotini pasta is WOW. I didn't know what to expect from a plant-based protein pasta, but I was thoroughly impressed. The texture is slightly softer, but the taste is the same as the Classic. It cooks quickly and pairs well with other foods (eg. veggies, fish, meats). Perfect for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians looking to add more protein in their diet.

Great Pasta!

Not my cup of tea, or pasta! Weird grainy texture through me off. I missed the smooth texture of the regular pasta. I tried in a cold salad and it was better but I’ll
