I follow a you tube influencer, that posts videos of preparing meals and as the family was cooking they mentioned using Redmond Real Unrefined Sea Salt. They prepare healthy, tasty meals using natural foods. I researched the Redmond Sea Salt and found many, many good reviews  of the the health benefits.  It is a little pricey, at $13, but it is a large canister, finely ground, and I believe I get as much, or maybe more salt than when I grind my own pink sea salt. It is not processed, so all natural minerals that are healthy for your body are not removed. The flavor of this salt is strong, so a little goes a long way. I am pleased with Redmond and will purchase again.

Redmond salt is a good tasting salt from ancient salt beds in central US, it includes a small amount of black salt which is very good for you.  The containers are easy to use and it is highly recommended.
