Terrific product, love it. Use it for everything. I have tried every substitute sugar there is, this is the best one. Use exactly like sugar in any receipt, I have never been able to use a substitute for cereal or a sprinkle over fresh fruit you can with this one. A little goes along way. There is a 800gr one.

Best substitute sweetner out there.

Tastes, looks the same as regular brown. Made it easy for me to switch to a sweetener for brown sugar. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this product. I discovered it during Covid. Working from home and drinking tea/milk with regular sugar I gained weight. I bought this and lost the weight. I use about 1/2 teaspoon. Taste just like sugar. Better than Stevia, as Stevia has an off after taste. Great product!

My favourite sugar substitute

I love this sweetener! I always use this for all my cooking and baking. For the most part, it works like regular sugar, just much better for you! It doesn't melt as thoroughly as sugar so my icing sometimes has a bit of a crystaly taste here and there, but it just makes it seem more sugary to me! The golden version has a nice taste, similar to brown sugar. It makes cookies and cakes taste great with no aftertaste or cool sensation like stevia. - This is a staple in my pantry!

Brown sugary taste

I like the flavour of this brand the best so far (and the golden) - very much like cane sugar, which is what I have used otherwise. It is granular, not powdered - thus good for coffee, tea and also baking etc. if needed. There are other similar brands that seem fine too and/or have different properties for different recipes. But this one is my standard for most things. I try to get this when it comes down in price. It is an expensive product - but I can sometimes get it cheaper than at the health food store! I shop for prices. I try to not eat too much erythritol - as it doesn't really digest and I am not sure you want to eat lots of these kinds of things. Make a desert or whatever - but don't eat it all the time. I use the pure liquid monk fruit a bit more bec of that. Monk fruit has a touch of flavour - which with some things is great, but with regular tea and coffee this granular mix pretty well tastes the same as sugar and monk fruit on its own doesn't. But it is bad either so I alternate. All of it is expensive. :-(

Love this product. This Keto chocolate chip cookie recipe called for golden sweetener but I did not have any, so made it with white. They tasted good but were pale. Then I ordered this, and made the cookies again. . . . . OMG. . . . amazing. Even the non Keto (prefer full flour and sugar) eaters in my home raved about these cookies and thought I was fibbing when I said it was not sweetened with brown sugar!

Awesome Product

I was looking for a monkfruit brown sugar, but the monkfruit only ones are kind of expensive. I thought I would try this one just to see. It works fine, however I find it too sweet and I think its the erythritol. I find monkfruit only blends more like sugar in my opinion. I will use the rest of the container but in the future I will just pay more for a monkfruit only blend.

Okay but too sweet

I originally bought this when lakanto first came to canada. Great stuff. *update they have lowered the price again so I am buying this again. It's honestly the best*It was around 25 a bag plus 16 in shipping but you could buy more to even the price out. Now that it's almost 40 I wont be buying again.

It's good but price increased

Bought online, and picked up (curbside) today.  The photo shows an 800g package, the text says nothing about package size. It's actually 235g. Same for the golden version. Looking forward to using the product, but disappointed in the amount.
