great brand, trustworthy, and oat flour adds a wonderful chewy texture to breads and cookies...but i dont know why its so hard to find and so expensive...fortunately  you only need to add a little bit to recipes to get the beneficial results

Excellent, used it along with all purpose flour to make pancakes. Will be trying it as all oat flour pancakes next time.

Oat flour, along with other flavors is a good switch from WHITE flour. More nutrition for sure.

Healthy Oat Flour

We used the recipe with many additions found on the back of the Oat bran cereal.  We substituted the Oat bran for the whole wheat flour.  Added, applesauce, banana, flax seed, toasted wheat bran, walnuts and dates.  Everyone loves them and not one is left today and I made 12.  Have to do it all over again tomorrow and it is 106 deg. here in So. Cal.
