I first tried these prunes years ago, and I was immediately impressed with their quality and consistency.  The original retailer quit carrying them, and I found them at two others. In the last 6  /- years they've disappeared and reappeared on store shelves with maddening frequency! No matter where they go, I will chase them down, because this is the only package that doesn't leave a sticky residue on my hands.

Excellent fresh prunes.  Very tasty.  I tried the Walmart brand of prunes but they are so soft and sticky, you can't cut them with a knife and aren't useful for the things I use them for like putting in cereal or recipes.  The Mariani brand is the best tasting and easiest to use!  I highly recommend them!

IM OLD. PRUNES ARE BETTER THAN TAKING A LAXATIVE. ITS GOOD TO HAVE THEM IN WARM WATER AND DRINK THE WATER AND EAT THE PRUNES. REMEMBER PRUNES ARE PLUMS DRIED. GREAT TASTING.

Mariani Dried Prunes are only available (at least, in South Florida) at Walmart. As far as Dried Prunes goes, Mariani are the best quality at the best price in the market.

The best Dried Prunes in market!

I haven't found a better prune out there than this Mariani brand. The prunes are large and fresh. I highly recommend them.

I have tried many types of prunes.  I find these to be the most moist, plump and delicious.  They are a great value too.

The Best Prunes

I gave these prunes four stars because I like dried prunes somewhat dry and chewy. These are plump and tasty , but I think it's the addition of oil that I don't prefer.  This is a good product, just not my first preference.

Plump, pitted prunes

Lot better than other brands that are small %26 dried out.
Beat the big name brands, cost less %26 are fresher.

Not good, funny taste. Walmart's brand is better.

Don't buy.
